Good to know.

What's included in the rent?

Utilities (air-conditioning, gas and water), high-speed wifi, and weekly cleaning of your room and the common areas (dishwashing aside). Your room comes furnished, with a shared kitchen for light cooking. No agent fee. Electricity is included in the monthly rental, subject to the applicable house utility allowance stated in the Tenancy Agreement.

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes — three months, the legal minimum for private homes in Singapore. After that, stay as long as you like.

Any house rules?

One person per room, no smoking, and no pets. Light cooking is welcome. Visitors are welcome until 10pm, with no overnight stays.

When can I move in?

Straight away. Every room is vacant, renovated and furnished, so you can move in as soon as you've viewed and confirmed. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange a viewing at a time that suits you.

3B Campbell Lane #03-00, Singapore 209884 — a heritage shophouse about three minutes' walk from Little India & Rochor MRT.
